So, here is a New VPN with 255 HotspotShield Servers,.Good thing is that it also have new features too.
but one thing you have to do is, edit the configuration file according to your need,

Default Path to config files is \Downloads\Hex VPN\data\config\Hotspot Shield\
Change listening port to 53 there ,and in remote change port to 443, 500, 1194.
If u r getting Config Directory not found error:
Go to Tools then options and select Config Directory path manually..........
