HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced three new Android 4.0 ICS powered tablets in the Indian market. The tabs comes with common features like Android 4.0.3 OS, 7 inch capacitive touchscreen display, 1GHz single core processor, 512M RAM, 0.3MP front camera and 4GB of internal memory.
