Google Acquiring Motorola for $12.5 Billion

Google has announced to purchasing Motorola Mobility to the tune of $12.5 billion. This deal to give more power to Android mobile operating system. Google will pay $40 for a share and this acquisition gives Google about 63 percent of Motorola share.
